Online Support Associate

Exxaro Resources, a leading mining company based in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA, is seeking a part-time Online Support Associate to join our team at the Associate Level.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide online support to customers through various communication channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, and issue resolution. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and effective customer service. 4. Manage customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner. 5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or online support. 2. Resourceful and confident in dealing with customers. 3. Excellent negotiation skills and ability to work well in a team. 4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Proficiency in using online communication tools and CRM systems. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
