Online Support Associate

Job Description:

MMI Holdings is seeking a motivated and dynamic Online Support Associate to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, suitable for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide online support to customers via various channels such as chat, email, and social media. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and general support questions. 3. Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback on online platforms. 4. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services online. 5. Collect and analyze customer data to identify trends and improve customer experience. 6. Generate reports on key performance indicators related to online support activities. 7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online customer support. 8. Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements: 1. Hardworking and energetic personality traits to effectively engage with customers. 2. Strong time management and planning skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in using online support tools and platforms. 6. Knowledge of online marketing principles is a plus. 7. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
