Online Support Associate

Job Description:

As an Online Support Associate at Mediclinic Southern Africa, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and support to patients, caregivers, and other stakeholders through various online platforms. You will play a key role in ensuring a positive online experience for all users and maintaining the company's reputation for excellence in healthcare services.

Responsibilities: - Responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently via online chat, email, and social media channels - Providing guidance and assistance to users navigating the online platform - Collaborating with other departments to address escalated issues and ensure timely resolution - Monitoring online reviews and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Updating and maintaining accurate records of interactions with users - Collaborating with the marketing team to create engaging online content and promotions - Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for online customer support - Assisting with other administrative tasks and projects as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or online support role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools - Dedicated and confident with a high level of adaptability and cooperation - Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
