Online Support Associate

Job Description:

Exxaro Resources is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Support Associate to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level position, the Online Support Associate will be responsible for providing online customer support to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This part-time role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers. 3. Assist customers with navigating the company's online platform and services. 4. Collaborate with other team members to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings to better assist customers. 7. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to ongoing initiatives. 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times. 9. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues.

Requirements: 1. Resilient and hardworking attitude. 2. Excellent planning and critical thinking skills. 3. 2 years of experience in a customer support role. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools. 7. Knowledge of online support platforms is a plus. 8. High school diploma or equivalent required.
