Job Description:

Imperial Logistics is seeking a part-time Online Support Associate to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience and is ideal for individuals who are resourceful, dedicated, possess emotional intelligence, and are adaptable.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide online support to customers via email, chat, and social media platforms. 2. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist with order processing, tracking shipments, and managing returns. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of any issues. 5. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners. 7. Identify trends or recurring issues to help improve processes and customer experience.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or online support role. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Resourceful, dedicated, emotionally intelligent, and adaptable. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
