Online Support Representative

Job description:

Absa Group Limited is seeking a part-time Online Support Representative to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa. As an Associate Level position, we require at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be independent and dedicated, with strong teamwork and creativity skills.

Responsibilities: - Providing online support to customers through various channels such as email, live chat, and social media - Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Assisting customers with account setup, troubleshooting, and technical support - Collaborating with other team members to improve customer experience and service delivery - Monitoring and reporting on customer feedback and trends to improve processes and services

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms - Ability to adapt to changing technology and customer needs
