Online Support Representative

Job Description:

Sanlam is seeking a passionate and resilient Online Support Representative to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in customer service or online support roles.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide online support to customers via chat, email, and other communication channels. 2. Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Assist customers with technical support related to our online platforms and services. 4. Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
