Job Description:

Clicks Group is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Support Specialist in Johannesburg, Gauteng. As an Online Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through various online platforms.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email, chat, and social media platforms. 2. Provide technical support to customers navigating our online platforms. 3. Assist customers with account management and troubleshooting. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues in a timely manner. 5. Communicate product information and promotions to customers. 6. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. 7. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. 8. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or online support. 2. Independent and confident personality traits. 3. Strong leadership and creativity skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Knowledge of online platforms and technology. 7. Ability to problem solve and think critically. 8. High school diploma or equivalent. 9. Must be able to work part-time.
