Requirements: - Reliable and confident individual with strong communication skills - Ability to demonstrate emotional intelligence and empathy in customer interactions - Strong analytical skills to effectively assess and address customer inquiries - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms - Ability to work part-time hours with flexibility in scheduling - Must be willing to undergo training as needed
