Online Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

Sanlam is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Online Web Chat Associate in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be resourceful and reliable, with strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online web chat to provide support and assistance - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Use problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find solutions - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Meet or exceed performance targets and goals set by the company

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or online chat role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong negotiation skills to effectively address customer concerns - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in computer systems and software, including MS Office and online chat platforms
