Online Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

MMI Holdings is looking for a dynamic and hardworking Online Web Chat Associate to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support through online web chat services.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner through our online chat platform - Providing accurate information and assistance to customers regarding our products and services - Addressing customer complaints and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Conducting research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices - Demonstrating leadership skills by helping train new team members and sharing knowledge with colleagues - Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and goals set by the company

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role - Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask - Excellent research skills to provide accurate and helpful information to customers - Demonstrated leadership abilities to mentor and assist colleagues - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Resilient attitude to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism and empathy - Equal passion for providing exceptional customer service and continuous self-improvement - Proficient in computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms
