Online Web Chat Associate

Shoprite Holdings is looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA as an Online Web Chat Associate on a part-time basis. This is an entry-level position with zero years of experience required.

As an Online Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for communicating with customers through online chat to assist with inquiries, provide product information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will also be expected to update customer information in the system, handle complaints, and escalate any unresolved issues to the appropriate department.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong cooperation and decision-making skills. You should be able to work well under pressure and have excellent communication skills. Additionally, you should have a passion for customer service and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
