Online Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Online Web Chat Manager to join our team at Massmart Holdings in Cape Town, Western Cape. This part-time position is ideal for someone at a mid-to-senior level with at least 8 years of experience in online customer service and chat management.

Responsibilities: - Responsible for managing and overseeing online web chat operations - Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and engagement through web chat - Train and support chat agents to ensure high-quality customer service - Analyze chat interactions and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless online customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service

Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in online customer service and chat management - Resourceful and motivated with the ability to think creatively and problem solve - Strong research skills to gather information quickly and effectively - Excellent persuasion skills to communicate effectively with customers - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment that embraces and navigates change seamlessly - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Experience with chat management software is a plus - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
