Online Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

Old Mutual is currently seeking a resilient and driven Online Web Chat Officer to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. As an Associate Level position, this part-time role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar field.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through online web chat to answer queries and provide support. 2. Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. 3. Utilize negotiation skills to address customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Maintain a high level of attention to detail while multitasking and managing multiple customer interactions. 5. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Resilient personality with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally. 3. Strong drive to meet and exceed customer expectations. 4. Excellent negotiation skills to resolve customer complaints effectively. 5. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in responses to customer inquiries.
