Online Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Nedbank Group is currently seeking an Online Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via online web chat in a professional and timely manner - Provide accurate information regarding products and services offered by Nedbank Group - Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize the chat platform to upsell and cross-sell products to customers

Requirements: - Energetic and dedicated personality traits - Strong people management and time management skills - Previous experience in customer service or online chat support - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web chat platforms - Familiarity with banking products and services is a plus
