Remote Support Assistant

Job Description:

Capitec Bank is seeking a Remote Support Assistant to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for a resilient and energetic individual who possesses strong strategic planning skills and is able to cooperate effectively with team members.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote support to customers and internal teams. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. 3. Assist with the implementation of new systems and software. 4. Maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall efficiency. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in remote support services. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years experience in a remote support role. 2. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and remote support tools. 5. High school diploma or equivalent required. 6. Resilient and energetic personality traits. 7. Strong strategic planning and cooperation skills.
