Remote Support Assistant

Job Description:

Clicks Group is seeking a Remote Support Assistant to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. This is a part-time Associate Level position with a requirement of 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be driven, adaptable, innovative, and have strong decision-making skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to customers via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues when necessary - Assist with software installations and updates - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Provide feedback to improve customer experience and support processes

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a similar role - Strong communication skills and customer service orientation - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and remote support tools - Technical knowledge of software and hardware troubleshooting - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
