Remote Support Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a resilient and passionate Remote Support Assistant to join our team at Rand Merchant Investment Holdings in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote support to team members and clients through various communication channels. 2. Assist with troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions in a timely manner. 3. Coordinate and schedule meetings, webinars, and virtual events. 4. Manage and maintain databases and documentation related to remote support activities. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and effective communication. 6. Assist in training and onboarding new team members on remote support systems and processes. 7. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track the success of remote support efforts. 8. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in remote support technology.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. 2. 4+ years of experience in a similar role. 3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and remote support software. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. People management and presentation skills are a plus. 7. Resilient and passionate attitude towards remote support work.
