Remote Support Assistant

Job Description:

Distell Group is seeking a Remote Support Assistant to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for an independent and adaptable individual who possesses strong emotional intelligence and cooperation skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote technical support to clients and customers - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via phone, email, or chat - Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members - Document and track support tickets in a timely manner - Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional customer service - Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and best practices

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a remote support role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in using remote support tools and software - Knowledge of basic computer hardware and software troubleshooting - High school diploma or equivalent required
