Support Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Support Associate to join our team at Vodacom Group in Johannesburg, Gauteng. As a Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing assistance to various departments within the company, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and scheduling meetings. 2. Act as a liaison between different departments, facilitating communication and collaboration. 3. Provide support to team members by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns. 4. Assist with project management tasks, including tracking progress, milestones, and deliverables. 5. Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning efforts. 6. Assist with event coordination and logistics, including travel arrangements and accommodations. 7. Help create presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a similar role. 2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. 6. People management and strategic planning skills. 7. A passion for making a difference and driving change in the industry. 8. Motivated self-starter with a proactive attitude.
