Job Description:
Pick n Pay Stores is looking for a Support Associate to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. This is a part-time, entry-level position with no prior experience required.
Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries, purchases, and concerns - Maintain a clean and organized store environment - Assist with restocking shelves and inventory management - Handle cash transactions accurately - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations - Support the store manager with various tasks as needed - Participate in training and development opportunities to grow your skills and knowledge
Requirements: - Adaptability and dedication to providing outstanding service - Strong people management and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions - Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
