Remote Support Associate

Job Description:

Investec is seeking a Remote Support Associate to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess the personality traits of reliability and independence, as well as soft skills in presentation and communication.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to clients and team members - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient problem-solving - Document and track all support tickets and resolutions - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role - Reliable and independent work ethic - Strong presentation and communication skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Proficiency in relevant software and tools - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
