Job Description - Support Associate - Work from home

As a Support Associate at Aspen Pharmacare, you will be responsible for providing remote assistance to our customers and internal teams from the comfort of your own home. This part-time role at our Durban, KwaZulu Natal location requires a minimum of 3 years of experience at the Associate level.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist internal teams with administrative tasks such as data entry and report generation. 3. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.


Requirements: 1. Energetic and confident personality. 2. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. 3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
