MTN South Africa is seeking a dynamic and energetic Support Associate to work from home in Cape Town, Western Cape. As a Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and technical support to customers in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with products or services - Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or support - Must be energetic, confident, and have strong attention to detail - Strong people management skills to effectively communicate with customers and team members - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficient in using CRM systems and other customer support tools - Must have a reliable internet connection and home office setup
