Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Support Manager to join our team at Sasfin Bank in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our support team, ensuring that all employees receive the necessary assistance and guidance to succeed in their roles. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of support staff, providing direction, training, and support as needed - Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the support team - Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions - Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to support staff - Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and resources for the support team
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience as a Support Manager or similar role - Strong leadership and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to think critically and solve complex problems - Hardworking and adaptable to changing environments - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Experience in the banking or finance industry is a plus
