Remote Support Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Support Manager to join our team at Rand Merchant Investment Holdings. This is a part-time position based in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA, with a seniority level of mid-to-senior. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote support agents to ensure smooth operations - Develop and implement policies and procedures for remote support operations - Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement - Provide ongoing training and support to remote support agents - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints - Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and improve customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in remote support management

Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in remote support management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure - Excellent research and planning skills - Reliable and trustworthy - Proficiency in remote support tools and technologies - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
