Support Manager

Telkom SA is seeking a reliable and motivated Support Manager to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage a team of support staff to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues - Develop and implement support processes to improve the overall customer experience - Monitor and analyze support metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless support experience for customers - Train and mentor support staff to enhance their skills and performance - Handle escalated customer issues in a professional and timely manner - Ensure all customer communications are clear, accurate, and helpful

Requirements: - Proven experience in a support management role - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Strong leadership and team management abilities
