Job Description - Support Manager

Adcock Ingram is seeking a dedicated and energetic Support Manager to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience.


As a Support Manager, your primary responsibility will be to support employees in their personal and professional development. This includes providing guidance, mentorship, and resources to help them succeed in their roles. You will be responsible for creating and implementing support programs, conducting regular check-ins with employees, and addressing any issues or concerns they may have.


In addition, the Support Manager will be responsible for managing a team of support staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations. Strong people management skills are essential for this role, as you will be responsible for creating a positive and productive work environment for your team.


The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, as they will be responsible for juggling multiple tasks and priorities. They must also be able to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.


In terms of qualifications, a Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, along with proven experience in a similar role. Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus.
