FirstRand is seeking a highly motivated and independent Support Manager to join our team. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of support representatives and ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled promptly and effectively.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of support representatives, providing guidance and feedback as needed. 2. Monitor team performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. 3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolution in a timely manner. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall service delivery. 5. Develop and implement training programs for support representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge. 6. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and motivate a team. 5. Proven track record of exceeding customer expectations. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools. 7. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
