Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description: Clicks Group is seeking a dedicated and reliable Support Manager to work from home in Soweto, Gauteng. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for managing the support team and ensuring exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Lead and motivate a team of support representatives to deliver high-quality customer service - Monitor support tickets and ensure timely resolution of issues - Develop and implement processes to optimize the support team's efficiency and effectiveness - Collaborate with other departments to address client needs and feedback - Provide training and mentorship to support staff - Analyze support data and generate reports to inform decision-making - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 5 years of experience in customer support or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Creativity in finding innovative solutions to customer issues - Ability to work independently and manage a remote team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer support software
