Remote Support Officer

Job Description:

As a Remote Support Officer at Liberty Group, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers remotely. You will need to have excellent communication skills to effectively troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to customer inquiries. This role requires a high level of adaptability and resilience as you will be working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote technical support to customers - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software and hardware - Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions - Document all customer interactions and resolutions - Collaborate with the technical support team to escalate complex issues - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and trends in the industry

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a technical support role - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Strong negotiation and decision-making skills - Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent required
