Remote Support Officer

Job Description:

The Clicks Group is currently seeking a Remote Support Officer to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Providing remote technical support to clients and internal staff through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat - Troubleshooting hardware and software issues remotely - Researching solutions to technical problems and providing timely and accurate resolutions - Collaborating with other team members to escalate complex technical issues - Maintaining detailed logs of all support interactions and resolutions - Assisting in the development and implementation of remote support tools and processes

Requirements: - Strong adaptability to changing environments and technologies - Passion for providing excellent customer service and technical support - Proven ability to research and troubleshoot technical issues effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Experience with remote support tools and software - A strong understanding of computer hardware and software systems - Knowledge of networking protocols and troubleshooting techniques
