Job Description:
MTN South Africa is seeking a motivated and dedicated Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Support Officer, you will have the opportunity to work from home, providing assistance to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels. 2. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions. 3. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure customer satisfaction. 7. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Assist in creating and updating support documentation for internal and external use. 9. Proactively identify potential issues and escalate to the appropriate team members.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer support role. 2. Hardworking and confident personality traits. 3. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. 4. Proficiency in using customer support software and tools. 5. Strategic planning and adaptability as soft skills. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
