Job Description:
Hilton is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a relevant field. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and be adept at critical thinking.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide outstanding support to internal and external stakeholders via email, phone, and virtual platforms. 2. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to company software and systems. 3. Collaborate with colleagues globally to ensure seamless communication and project delivery. 4. Maintain accurate records and documentation of support interactions. 5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and procedures. 6. Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a support or related role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. 4. Proficient in the use of technology and virtual communication tools. 5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 6. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
