Job Description:
MTN South Africa is seeking a motivated and adaptable Remote Support Representative to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote support to customers regarding product inquiries, technical issues, and troubleshooting. 2. Assist customers with account management, billing questions, and other related issues. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex customer inquiries. 4. Utilize creative problem-solving skills to effectively address customer needs and concerns. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed. 6. Demonstrate leadership skills by helping team members and contributing to a positive work environment. 7. Meet or exceed key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction, resolution time, and quality of service.
Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers in a remote setting. 2. Proficiency in using remote support tools and software. 3. Demonstrated creativity in problem-solving and finding innovative solutions. 4. Leadership qualities to inspire and motivate team members. 5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-energy work environment. 6. Driven and self-motivated with a passion for delivering excellent customer service. 7. Adaptable to changing priorities and able to work independently or as part of a team.
