Support Representative

Job Description:

MMI Holdings is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Support Representative to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assisting with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Reliable and resourceful personality traits - Strong planning and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
