Job Description - Support Representative

Job Description:


Remgro is seeking a dedicated and resilient Support Representative to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner. 3. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers. 4. Document all customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Assist with administrative tasks as needed.


Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. 2. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to resolve customer issues effectively. 3. Persuasion skills to influence customer behavior and drive product adoption. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in a related field is a plus. 7. Must be legally authorized to work in South Africa.
