Remote Support Representative

Job Description:

Remgro is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Support Representative to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape. As a part-time Associate Level Remote Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our clients remotely.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving technical issues via phone, email, and chat. 2. Troubleshooting software and hardware issues remotely. 3. Providing step-by-step guidance to customers on how to solve technical problems. 4. Documenting customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system. 5. Collaborating with other team members to escalate complex issues when necessary. 6. Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills. 7. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times. 8. Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and targets set by the company.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role. 2. Confident and independent with the ability to work remotely without direct supervision. 3. Strong planning and communication skills to effectively interact with customers. 4. Proficiency in troubleshooting software and hardware issues. 5. Ability to adapt to changing technology and software platforms. 6. Knowledge of CRM systems and ticketing software is a plus.
