Job Description:

Discovery Limited, a leading company in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Support Representative to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance for customers experiencing issues with our products or services. 3. Assisting customers with account management, billing inquiries, and general support tasks. 4. Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any escalated issues efficiently. 5. Utilizing company resources and systems to accurately document customer interactions and track support tickets. 6. Participating in ongoing training and development programs to continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills. 7. Upholding company values and policies while delivering a positive customer experience with every interaction.
