Support Specialist

Job Description:

The Support Specialist at Liberty Group in Durban, KwaZulu Natal will be responsible for providing top-notch support to customers and clients. This individual will assist in handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Support Specialist will work part-time and will be an entry-level position with a minimum of 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients - Assist in resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Conduct research to find solutions to customer problems - Persuade customers to upgrade services or products - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service - Assist in developing and implementing support strategies to improve customer experience

Requirements: - Independent and energetic personality traits - Strong research and persuasion skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
