Support Specialist

Job description:

Standard Bank Group is seeking a part-time Support Specialist to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a related field. The Support Specialist will be responsible for providing assistance to various departments within the company, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflows.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to different teams within the organization. 2. Assist with data entry, filing, and documentation tasks. 3. Conduct research to support project initiatives. 4. Collaborate with team members to complete tasks and projects. 5. Respond to inquiries from clients and employees in a timely manner. 6. Assist with organizing meetings, events, and other company activities. 7. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

Requirements: 1. Independent and reliable individual with strong attention to detail. 2. Excellent research skills and the ability to gather information efficiently. 3. Strong cooperation skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. 4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively. 7. Basic knowledge of banking or financial services is a plus.
