Support Specialist

Discovery Limited is seeking a dedicated and reliable Support Specialist to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to customers and ensuring their needs are met effectively and efficiently. This includes responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving customer complaints. You will also be required to assist in planning and negotiation with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent planning and negotiation skills, along with strong communication and problem-solving abilities. You must also have a customer-centric mindset and be dedicated to understanding and exceeding customer expectations.
