Job Description:
Shoprite Holdings is seeking a passionate and independent Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and assistance to both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via email, chat, and phone. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services. 3. Assist in the onboarding process for new customers and provide training and guidance as needed. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. 5. Manage and update customer accounts and databases accurately. 6. Assist in the development and implementation of support processes and procedures. 7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer support services.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in using customer support tools and software. 6. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. 7. Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service. 8. Experience working remotely and managing time efficiently.
