Clicks Group is seeking a motivated and dedicated Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. This part-time entry-level position requires no prior experience, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Providing excellent customer service through web chat interactions with customers - Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information - Assisting customers with online orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintaining a professional and friendly tone in all communications - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Following company policies and procedures in all interactions

Requirements: - Motivated and dedicated individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with customer needs - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Basic computer skills and familiarity with web chat platforms
