Web Chat Assistant

Discovery Limited is seeking a dynamic and energetic Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

As a Web Chat Assistant at Discovery Limited, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat on our website. Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department. You will also be responsible for assisting with online order processing, tracking shipments, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

The ideal candidate for this role will be dedicated, innovative, and have strong people management skills. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A background in customer service or sales is preferred.
