Web Chat Assistant - Work from home

Job Description: Truworths International is seeking a motivated and resourceful Web Chat Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home. As a Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. You will engage with customers to address their inquiries, provide product information, process orders, and resolve any issues they may have.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner through online chat - Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate product information - Process orders and assist with payment transactions - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner - Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes and procedures - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty - Meet and exceed performance targets and goals

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or sales role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to solve problems quickly - Persuasive and able to influence customer behavior - Must be resourceful and driven to succeed
