MTN South Africa is seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy Web Chat Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working from the comfort of your own home in Pretoria, Gauteng. As an Associate Level Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online chat users.
Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through web chat to provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and resolve any issues or concerns. 2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate and complete information. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer issues. 4. Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent customer experience. 5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions. 6. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to address customer needs effectively. 7. Manage time efficiently to balance customer interactions and administrative tasks. 8. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed responses to customers. 9. Utilize chat software and CRM systems to document customer interactions and follow-up as needed.
Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Hardworking and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively. 4. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Comfortable working independently and remotely. 6. Familiarity with online chat platforms and customer relationship management systems. 7. Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail. 8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
