Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Web Chat Associate to join our team at Mediclinic Southern Africa in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing support to our online users through web chat, ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with online users via web chat to answer queries and provide assistance. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns. 4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers. 5. Utilize strategic planning and problem-solving skills to address complex customer inquiries. 6. Document interactions with customers and relevant information in the system. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery. 8. Learn and adapt to new technologies and tools to enhance customer support processes.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively. 3. Motivated and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 4. Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and problem-solving. 5. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer service software. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Knowledge of healthcare industry practices and terminology is a plus.
