Job Description:
Cell C is seeking a Remote Web Chat Manager to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Web Chat Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's web chat operations, including but not limited to responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and will possess the personality traits of being resourceful and reliable.
Responsibilities: - Manage all incoming web chat inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and escalate as necessary to ensure a positive customer experience - Collaborate with other team members to address complex customer inquiries and issues - Monitor web chat performance metrics and provide feedback for continuous improvement - Develop and maintain a knowledge base of frequently asked questions and best practices - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management
Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in web chat management or a related field - Excellent written communication skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web chat platforms - Resourceful and reliable personality traits - Soft skills in adaptability and negotiation
