Remote Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Web Chat Manager to join our team at Mediclinic Southern Africa in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.

As a Remote Web Chat Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the web chat platform, ensuring seamless and efficient communication with our customers. You will be responsible for managing a team of chat agents, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and conversion rates. You will also be required to analyze chat data, identify trends, and provide insights to the marketing and sales teams.

The ideal candidate for this role is reliable, motivated, and possesses excellent communication skills. Additionally, you should be innovative and persuasive, able to think outside the box and drive change within the organization.

Responsibilities: - Manage a team of web chat agents, providing training and support as needed - Monitor chat performance metrics and KPIs to ensure targets are met - Analyze chat data and provide actionable insights to improve customer experience - Implement strategies to increase chat engagement and conversion rates - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align chat initiatives with overall business goals - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management

Requirements: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in a web chat management role - Strong communication and leadership skills - Ability to analyze data and draw insights - Proven track record of driving results through web chat initiatives - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
